Starting salary begins at $50,000 for eligible roles.
​

Health Insurance
Ambition Prep offers the option of two medical plans (Base Plan & Buy-Up Plan) through BCBS of MS (Blue Cross Blue Shield of Mississippi).

You can locate preferred providers, view benefits and pharmacy information by registering online at www.bcbsms.com when your coverage becomes active.
Dental Insurance
Dental coverage is offered for basic and major services. The
dental plan also includes 100% coverage for preventive care.
You and your eligible dependents may enroll in the dental coverage options administered by Sun Life Financial.
Vision
Insurance
Your vision insurance is provided by Sun Life Financial utilizing the VSP Network and entitles you to specific eye care benefits.
Our policy covers routine eye exams and other procedures, and provides specified dollar amounts or discounts for the
purchase of eyeglasses and contact lenses.
Group Life & AD&D Insurance
Group Life and AD&D coverage is available for all actively working full time employees, through Sun Life Financial. Ambition Preparatory Charter School provides full-time employees with Group Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance, and pays the full cost of this benefit.

The benefit amount is equal to a flat amount of $20,000.

It is important that you keep your beneficiary information up to date.
Disability
Coverage
In the event that you become disabled from a non-work related injury or sickness, disability income benefits will provide a partial replacement of lost income through Sun Life Financial.
Employees pay the full cost of the Short- Term Disability Plan through payroll deductions.
Short Term Disability benefits will be reduced by the amount of state mandated statutory benefits and other income that an employee may receive or be eligible to receive.
