Winnie Jones

    Winnie Jones earned her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Master’s degree in Educational Leadership. She brings extensive experience as a teacher, instructional coach, and academic leader, building a reputation for data-driven instruction, teacher empowerment, and student engagement. Over her career, she has directed arts integration initiatives, presented professional development sessions, and served on leadership teams to advance instructional practices. Ms. Jones now serves as the Resident Middle School Principal at Ambition Preparatory Charter School, where she provides strategic direction in curriculum planning, instructional alignment, and school culture.

    Working with teachers, students, and families, she applies an analytical and results-oriented approach that strengthens instruction and drives student achievement. Ms. Jones is dedicated to ensuring that all students, regardless of background, have access to a high-quality education and the tools to thrive. She is excited to continue advancing Ambition Prep’s mission of preparing Mississippi’s next generation of leaders.
