Linda Hatch

Linda S. Hatch, M.S. is a veteran educator with more than 30 years of experience in instruction, school leadership, and educator development. She currently serves as K–2 Dean at Ambition Preparatory Academy, where she supports teachers through observation, feedback, and data-driven practices to ensure high-quality learning outcomes for all scholars.

Ms. Hatch earned a Master of Science in Teaching in Mathematics Education from Jackson State University, a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Mississippi State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Commercial Art with a Mathematics minor from Jackson State University. She has also completed doctoral coursework in Higher Education at Delta State University.

Throughout her career, she has held key roles including Assistant Principal, Intervention Coordinator, and Instructional Coach. In these capacities, she led curriculum alignment, coordinated assessments, and advanced teacher growth through professional development. With her expertise in mathematics education and instructional leadership, Linda Hatch is committed to advancing student achievement and supporting Ambition Prep’s mission to prepare scholars for college and life success.
