DeLacy Bridges

     Delacy P. Bridges earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Master of Arts in Teaching, and Education Specialist degree in Elementary Education from Alcorn State University. She began her career in the classroom, where she established a reputation for strong instruction, data-driven practices, and creating a positive student culture. Over the years, she has served as an educator and leader with a focus on driving student achievement and supporting teachers. Ms. Bridges now applies her experience to the instructional and operational practices of Ambition Prep.

     Working closely with the families she serves, she has spent countless hours building systems of support to meet students’ academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs. Recognized as an outstanding administrator, she has earned awards for leadership and accountability improvements. She is dedicated to fostering inclusive, student-centered environments and is excited to build a high-quality school that develops Mississippi’s next generation of leaders.
