Sharon Terrell

Sharon Terrell earned her Bachelor of Science and Master of Education in Elementary Education, along with an Educational Specialist degree in Educational Leadership. With more than 20 years of experience in instruction, academic leadership, and administration, she has served as Principal, Assistant Principal, Instructional Coach, and Interventionist. In each role, she oversaw daily operations, strengthened instruction, and supported both students and teachers through data-driven planning and professional development.

Licensed in Mississippi with multiple endorsements spanning elementary education, math, English, social studies, K–4, and administration, Ms. Terrell brings deep expertise in instructional leadership, student support, and school improvement. She now serves as Dean of Academics at Ambition Preparatory Middle Academy, where she provides strategic direction to strengthen teaching, monitor achievement, and foster a safe and supportive learning environment.
