Senethia Ingram earned her degree from Jackson State University and brings 20 years of experience in education, with a strong focus on operational leadership and student support. Throughout her career, she has dedicated herself to strengthening the systems and structures that allow schools to function at a high level, ensuring that educators and scholars have the resources and environment needed to succeed.

With extensive experience in school operations, process development, and organizational management, Ms. Ingram has played a key role in creating efficient workflows, improving internal systems, and supporting campus wide effectiveness. Her leadership is rooted in the belief that operational excellence directly impacts academic achievement. By aligning resources, staff support, and daily procedures with the school’s mission, she helps cultivate a culture where accountability, structure, and student success go hand in hand.

Working collaboratively with teachers, families, and community stakeholders, Ms. Ingram has developed expertise in operations management, strategic planning, and building sustainable systems that promote long term growth.
